How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Next-day delivery is available at checkout via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for orders placed before 1pm. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over £35. For orders under £35, standard shipping is £3.99 (Royal Mail Tracked 48) and next-day delivery is £9.99 (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Bulk-buy orders may have different shipping costs shown on the product page.
Are these items brand new?
Most items are brand new and sealed. Some are overstock, ex-display, or customer returns — the condition is clearly stated on every product page. All items are checked before dispatch.
Can I return an item?
Yes — you can cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and we offer a 30-day returns window on top of that. Return postage is on us if the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered; if you have simply changed your mind, it is yours to cover. Start a return from the Orders page or send us a message and we'll sort it out.
Are my payments secure?
Absolutely. Card payments are handled by our payment providers, Stripe and Base44 Payments, through their PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your full card details — they go straight to the provider.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We currently ship to UK addresses only. If you're outside the UK and interested in an item, contact us and we'll see what we can arrange.
How do the discounts work? Is the RRP real?
The RRP (Recommended Retail Price) is the price you'd pay at a major UK retailer. We research each item's current retail price and show the genuine saving. The discount shown is the real difference between our price and that retail price — no inflated RRPs.
What is the Wiltshire Darts House discount?
Approved Wiltshire Darts House members get 10% off every order. Visit our Wiltshire Darts page to request membership — once an admin verifies your membership, the discount applies automatically at checkout.
Do you have a loyalty scheme?
Yes! You earn loyalty points on every purchase (1 point per £1 spent). Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Sign in to view your points balance on your account page.
Can I buy items in bulk?
Yes — our Bulk Buy page features items available in quantities of 10+, with an extra 15% off the entire stock. Perfect for resellers, market traders, or anyone looking for a bigger bargain.
What happens if my item is out of stock after I order?
This rarely happens, but if an item you've paid for is no longer available, we'll contact you immediately and offer a full refund or a suitable replacement.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also view all your orders and tracking details on the Orders page after signing in.
